Month 5 – Creative Content Creation

Your POD (Point of Difference) is what differentiates you from the rest. With the work you’ve done so far, you’ll have a clear understanding of what you do and don’t offer (or want to from here on in). The next step is to uncover how that sits with the offerings in the marketplace so you can make a big deal of the bits other people don’t! Team that up with your unique edge and you are on your way to building a tribe of loyal evangelists!

Impact v Ease
An excellent tool for choosing between competing priorities or seemingly equal strategies

Product Staircase
This exercise is used to detail your core product offering (the one that your ideal client will be totally hooked on, whilst keeping in mind the learnings from the Impact v Ease), and then determine your most logical up sell and down sell options to create your product staircase

Month 8 is the month you will think you need in month 1! But it ain’t…
The time has come to press go on your marketing machine, now you have all the other components in place.
We will take you through the platforms we recommend for paying for traffic on, if you are a service-based (or a service+ product based) business.

You will learn what strategies you should deploy and when in your marketing, and how to manage the prospects as they come in.

Making Sales That Feel Good + Market Research
